Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By signing up for or using Smart-World ("the Site") you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. Your account

Sign-up requires a valid Google account. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

• One account per real person. Don't create multiple accounts to bypass limits.
• You can delete your account anytime at /admin/delete-account.jsp. Deletion is scheduled 30 days out so you can change your mind.
• You can download all your data as JSON at any time.

3. Content you publish

The content in your Kingdom is yours. You keep your copyright; we just host.

• You're responsible for ensuring your content doesn't infringe copyright, isn't defamatory, isn't deceptive.
• Prohibited: illegal content, harassment, spam, phishing, non-consensual sexual content, harm to minors.
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules.

4. AI and your keys

Smart, the personal helper, uses large language models (LLMs).

• Without a personal key connected, you get 5 helper messages per day from the platform's free pool.
• If you connect your own key (Gemini or Groq), we encrypt it with AES-GCM and store it — used only to call your provider on your behalf.
• You can revoke your key at any time — that removes it from our database.
• We do not use your Smart conversations to train models — neither ours nor the provider's.

5. Shadow Profiles

Smart-World maintains a public Shadow for any person mentioned on the platform. The Shadow is not "yours" — it represents what the network knows and says about you.

• Your Kingdom (the content you publish) — fully yours to control.
• Your Shadow (comments others post, tags) — not unilaterally yours. You can flag misrepresentation and request review.
• If you delete your account, your Kingdom is deleted. Your Shadow remains if others have tagged you.

6. Usage limits

• Reasonable use. Don't try to bypass rate limits.
• Don't scrape content programmatically without permission.
• Don't use the platform to send spam or deceptive messages.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate the Terms. You can delete your account at any time.

8. No warranty

The service is provided "as is". We make reasonable effort for availability and security but offer no warranty of perfect uptime.

9. Third-party links and content

The Site may include links to third-party pages, content and/or services (including social networks) on the internet. These contents and services are not necessarily affiliated with the company, and the company neither controls nor supervises them. The fact that the Site links to these contents and services does not indicate the company's endorsement of their content and is not a guarantee of their reliability, currency, legality, or any other aspect. The company bears no responsibility for these contents and services and is not liable for any consequence arising from them or from reliance on them. We recommend that you read the privacy policy and terms of use of the third parties before using their services.

10. Communication via WhatsApp

Use of the WhatsApp application is secured by WhatsApp alone and not by Smart-World, and is subject to WhatsApp's terms of use and privacy policy. Personal information you provide may also be exposed to WhatsApp and/or anyone acting on its behalf, in accordance with WhatsApp's terms of use and privacy policy as stated. You may use this channel, discontinue using it at any time, and contact Smart-World through the other available service channels.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be displayed with a clear notice.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction — Israeli courts.
